Great Theatre Marketing

Theatre de La Jeune Lune in Minneapolis has figured something out about creating an image of hip theatre that few theatres have.  Look at this video trailer for their new show, FISHTANK, to understand what I’m talking about.  It’s funny, eye-catching, quirky, intriguing, and brands the actors in a very strong way.  It has all the makings of a virile video and best of all, it leaves you wanting more…wanting to see the show.

  1. Great post, I completely agree with you. It makes me wonder why more theatre companies aren’t making more of an effort to market their productions this way.

  2. I was disappointed because the YouTube clip is no longer there so I am not able to view what you wanted us to learn for the video.
